Terms of service

These terms apply to services provided by [Legal Company Name] Ltd trading as Your Business Emails.

Services

We supply Microsoft 365 licences, domain registration and related setup, migration and support services as described at the time of order. Microsoft 365 services are additionally governed by the Microsoft Customer Agreement, which you accept when your tenancy is created.

Billing

Licence fees are billed monthly in advance and follow Microsoft's subscription terms (monthly or annual commitment as selected at order). Support fees are billed monthly and may be cancelled with 30 days' notice. Prices are not subject to VAT as we are not VAT registered.

Your tenancy

Your Microsoft 365 tenancy and domain are registered to your business. On termination, we remove our delegated access and hand over in full; you may continue the services with Microsoft or another provider.

Refunds

Setup fees are non-refundable once work has begun. Licence fees follow Microsoft's cancellation terms. If you are a consumer rather than a business, statutory cancellation rights under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 apply and nothing in these terms limits them.

Liability

We are not liable for downtime or faults in Microsoft's services, though we will support you in resolving them. Nothing in these terms limits liability for matters that cannot be limited by law.

Disputes

Please raise any issue in writing within 14 days. These terms are governed by the laws of England & Wales.
