New: we now design & build business websites
Your Business Online

Moving email is nerve-racking. That's why we do it for you.

Migration is included with every licence: mail, folders, contacts and calendars, from wherever you are now.

What we migrate

From GoDaddy, Google Workspace, Gmail, IONOS, 123-reg, Fasthosts or any host with IMAP access. Everything comes across: mail history, folder structure, contacts and calendars. We run the old and new mailboxes in parallel during cutover so nothing sent mid-move is lost. Most setups under ten mailboxes complete the same day.

Support after the move

Setup and migration are included. Ongoing support beyond that is quoted separately, so you only pay for what you actually use. That covers adding and removing users, password resets, new device setup, deliverability fixes and changes to security settings, each quoted per job at a rate agreed with you up front, usually by the hour. No monthly retainer for help you might not need, and when you do need it, a person who knows your setup rather than a ticket number.

Switching from GoDaddy Microsoft 365?

GoDaddy's Microsoft 365 runs inside GoDaddy's own tenancy, which is why you can't use the full admin centre, buy licences directly, or leave without a “defederation” process. We move GoDaddy 365 customers into a clean tenancy that you own, keeping all mail, contacts and OneDrive files. It's one of the most common jobs we do.

How the migration works

The GoDaddy defederation, in plain English

Because GoDaddy 365 accounts live inside GoDaddy's tenancy, leaving requires a formal “defederation”: GoDaddy releases your domain and accounts, and everything must be re-established in a tenancy of your own. Done wrong, it means lost mail and days of downtime. Done right, with everything backed up first, DNS staged and passwords reset in sequence, your team barely notices. We've made this our specialty, and it's usually complete within a working day.
