Microsoft 365 is built to stay up, not to hold on to what gets deleted: its default retention for deleted items is measured in weeks, and it will not undo a ransomware run or a mailbox emptied by a leaver. Cloud backup takes an independent copy of your mail, files and Teams data and lets it be restored, an item at a time or all at once.

Support you pay for when you use it
Fixed-fee IT plans charge every month whether anyone calls or not. Ours does not: setup and migration are in the price, and anything after that is quoted per job at a rate agreed with you up front, usually by the hour. A quiet month costs you the licences and nothing else.
Grows and shrinks with you
Take on a starter, add a user. Someone leaves, drop one. Licences bill monthly and stop at renewal, so the bill follows the payroll instead of trailing it.

One price for each person on the team. Each user gets their own mailbox and their own licence, set up and migrated by us. Twelve people on Standard means twelve times £14.99, and the calculator shows it live.
No. We are not VAT registered, so the price on the page is the price on the invoice. There is no VAT line on the invoice because there is no VAT to add.
No. We handle the licensing and it all arrives on one invoice from us, so there is no separate Microsoft bill to reconcile.
Yes. Pricing is per user, so a two person office can run one Premium for the owner and one Basic for the person who only needs email. Email-only mailboxes on Exchange Online sit alongside them on the same terms.
If you need a new domain we register it in your name, from £30/year. If you already own one, we take over managing it at no extra charge. The licence price is the same either way, so nobody pays for something twice.

Default retention for deleted items runs to weeks, not years, and nothing in it protects you from a ransomware run, an account closed too early or someone emptying a mailbox on their way out. Backup is a separate copy, kept for you.
